(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;
(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given
(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of NSA Therapy Services Ltd on the Course Materials;
(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses. No refund will be applied as a result.
Accuracy and personal responsibility
We have done our best to ensure that the information provided on this Website and the resources available for download are accurate and provide valuable information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. Lifetime access
The term "Lifetime" access means that NSA Therapy Services provides the Client with access to 'The Empowered Parenting Programme' for the lifetime of the course or a minimum of 1 year. Throughout this time, any adaptions or updates will be available for free.
NSA Therapy Services Ltd provides Lifetime access at will, and at no point will the Client be offered or provided a refund should NSA Therapy Services Ltd decide to terminate the programme
No Guarantees as to the results
You agree that NSA Therapy Services Ltd has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this Website succeed. You nevertheless recognise that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Company.

Cancellation/Refund Policies (Full fee-paying programmes)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, we recognise that, at times, people do change their minds and require a refund. If you request a refund within 14 days of the release of Module 1, this will be granted; however, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you before this is issued to establish if there is anything we can do to assist you in completing the programme. If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, this shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use and the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
Cancellation/Refund policies for Pilot programmes
All pilot programmes will be run on a No Refund policy.
Payment Plans
Each programme will have the option of making payments over a stated period where a small additional cost will be added to the cost of the programme. Each payment will be collected every 30 days until the amount is paid in full. If, for any reason, the client does not make payment, NSA Therapy Services will contact them directly to seek payment.
Should payment not be made within 7 days, then all access to the programme will be revoked. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
Any monies that have already been paid will not be eligible for a refund.
Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
Change to Terms
In its sole discretion, NSA Therapy Services Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms under which the Website is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
